Ingredients:

  • 4 walleye fillets, skin on
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Preparation:

  3. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
